Return and Refund Policy – Delicado

At Delicado, we aim to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience for all customers in Egypt.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was delivered.

  • Customers must contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order to report any issue.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Makeup products, accessories, and personal-use items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Once a return request is approved, the item may be replaced or refunded, depending on the case.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method, including Cash on Delivery when applicable.

  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Delicado, unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

  • Orders that have been inspected and accepted by the customer at delivery are considered final.
