By accessing and using the Delicado website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers using our services in Egypt.

• All products sold on Delicado are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

• Products may be available for immediate delivery or offered on a pre-order basis.

• Delivery time for ready-to-ship products is up to 3–5 business days within Egypt.

• Delivery time for pre-order products varies depending on the supplier and will be confirmed after order placement.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Delicado reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failed order confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

• Orders may be inspected by the customer upon delivery before payment.

• Delicado is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or force majeure.

• All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

• Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
